Internet was none existence beds were like cardboard, showers bang average

Very peaceful rural location. Allocated parking space. Unexpectedly spacious and well equiped. Very comfortable bed and couch. Walking distance of countryside trails, Foss Falls and the superb cafe. Very good sized bathroom. Prompt response from the duty manager at a time of crisis.

TV was too small for the room. Internet speed slow but this is most likely due to the geograhic location. Some drawer fronts require attention. We felt that the lighting in the reception room and twin bedroom was a little dim. It should be noted that the paving slabs on the path out the front are slippery when wet.

Location was good and heating/water exceptional. The bed was very comfy too. Plenty of places to visit in the area

Minor issues like a broken drawer.

Very peaceful, tranquil setting within a few minutes walk to Foss falls and tea garden

Cozy quiet clean warm and comfortable and near to main coast lines
