4 BR, Large & Modern Private House Central Location

Helpful staff and the upstairs bathroom that is connected to a bedroom has the best shower I’ve had in years. Hot and so much pressure!!

Area was a bit noisy and rough at night

It was large and enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were a good size and clean .

Parking was an issue as although I can park on the street it is extremely busy and narrow. It felt slightly un loved and not the cleanest. It also lacked the correct amount of cutlery and plates etc for the amount of people it can cater for. Also the table in kitchen isn't that stable and only 4 chairs so for a group.of 6 it didn't work. Area itself is ok but at the back the door isn't that secure and rat droppings and traps in the back yard. There is also a large extractor fan which is right beside the window and goes on and off intermittently so we couldn't open the window and the rooms were boiling. Overall for the price it's ok and we were only there one night so it was fine but if I had to stay there longer I wouldn't have been that happy . So if you just want somewhere to sleep it's fine if your looking for more I wouldn't advise it especially with children.

Plenty of room and bed linnen /towels clean, large tv in livingroom Bathrooms and kitchen were nice , plenty shampoo, shower gel, cleaning products.

Needing tlc such as the pain work freshioned up , the front and back of the garden could do with a tidy up a bit. Need more dishes and mugs ,utensils as not enough to cater for the amount of guests . Could be cleaner .

This offered 9 beds which was nice as nobody had to share. Clean bathrooms. We were able to walk into the centre of town.

The house is very basic and needs an upgrade on some kitchen utensils. There is no dishwasher. The house does smell of smoke and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner.
