Sycamore Bungalow

Loved the scones, jam and especially the cream! Perfect location for exploring and super clean with everything we needed.

superb property, finished to a high standard, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything you could need. Nice big comfy bed. Set in a private, secluded location but close to all amenities and places of interest. pretty garden with table, chairs and umbrella to sit in on a sunny evening Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. The road is fine, no problems. Nice sunny outdoor area. Nice quiet laneways to walk the dog Thankyou for the fresh scones jam and clotted cream, and bottle of cornish apple juice - lovely and a very kind gesture. Kitchen was well setup, fully functional. Nice big shower. Very comfy bed

The wifi was fine for streaming in the kitchen and lounge, but not in the bedroom.

A great location handy for both south and south west Cornwall. The bungalow was spacious with everything we needed and a few welcome extras. We were well looked after by the hosts.

Reaching the property entailed a narrow unsealed, potholed byway which was probably not for the faint of heart. But once arrived, it was well worth it.

Sycamore Bungalow is an ideal place for a couple on a short break or even a longer stay. It is very well-equipped, the bed was large and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location, midway between Truro and Falmouth, is perfect for South Cornwall. The famous National Trust gardens at Trelissick and Glendurgan are within 30 minutes drive. Kynance Cove and the Lizard are a bit further afield, but also highly recommended. If you are interested in Cornwall's industrial and mining past, the area around Redruth and Camborne is close at hand. The self-catering facilities in the bungalow are excellent, but the local pubs are also very good for eating out - we tried the Royal Oak at Perranwell, which is within walking distance, and also the famous Pandora on the waterside at Restronguet Passage, which is a short drive. Overall, a lovely experience.

The property is in close proximity to transport links,has lots of nice walks and beautiful scenery,it is quiet and tranquil,has excellent facilities and was an ideal destination for me and my dog.We received a very warm welcome,our hosts were wonderful and we will definitely be booking again!
