Sycamore Bungalow

Sycamore Bungalow is a fantastic place! Located in a quiet and peaceful part of the Cornwell, it gave us all we needed for a great holiday. Very clean, spacious, beautifully furnished. A quick trip to many beautiful places along the Cornish coast. Couldn't praise the hosts enough, very welcoming and accommodating. Safe so say the dog enjoyed his stay too Will definitely visit again!

Having to leave such a wonderful place.

What a wonderful bungalow to stay in. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the peaceful location and facilities at Sycamore Bungalow very much. Everything we needed was available in the bungalow, the washing machine was especially welcome after travelling for a while. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and lounges very nice. The location is within walking distance of village and train station for easy access to Truro and Falmouth.

The only thing we didn't like and it is not the properties fault, was the lane to access the property is very bumpy. A sedan can do it, but take it slowly. We found it better to access from the Station Road end of Tarrandean Lane.

Perfect location, quiet and very peaceful. Close to all major places of interest and shops. A perfect place to relax and listen to the birds! Graham and Gill left a welcome pack of scones, jam and clotted cream and even dog treats (we'd left our dogs at home) which was very nice.

A wall clock in the kitchen and living room would have been useful, other than that, the bungalow was very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The road to the bungalow was quite rugged and we were glad we had a 4 x 4, but easily accessible by family cars.

I particularly liked all the books on the area and the provision of a cream tea on arrival. The bungalow was very comfortable.

Absolutely lovely property with great hosts. When we arrived we were greeted with a cream tea and treats for our dog, We felt extremely welcome, and the bungalow was lovely and clean, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was in a great location in the peace and quiet, but within walking distance of the train station to get to Falmouth, and near a couple of really good pubs with excellent food. We would recommend and would definitely go back!
