it has the feel of a holiday home and while we loved the proximity to the leisure center we did not know how to use the tennis courts. all rooms had a lovely view

We would have appreciated some notice that the property is situated on a steep hill - with cars parked on either side it was a nightmare finding the property in the dark even though we came at 4 it was dark. In general we had the same issues as others such as bad flooring, lack of instructions and inability to use the white wall heaters but we were told that we are reporting the issues for the first time although after reading all the reviews here we feel vindicated and the owner should do something about these before letting it to others. we also felt the area around the dining table was so cramped that it was impossible to get around if people were seated

We have had a lovely stay in wales surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is in an excellent location and the neighbors are very friendly and offered advice on local dog walks which we did. We also ventured out further to do the forest drive through giving amazing views. The owners of the house were great with meeting our needs and allowed us to bring our dogs. The baby gate on the kitchen was an added bonus as it meant we could leave the boys safe and secure within one room during the night and make it nice and cosy for them.

The house itself needs a little TLC. The flooring in the living room and dining room desperately needs to be replaced it is held down with cello tape. This means that floor can not be cleaned properly due to the tape. The house needs a quick coat of paint to freshen it up especially at the bottom of the stairs where it appears there is a damp issue- the wall is visibly wet. The garden is not accessible we had to section off the stairs with recycling bins so that the dogs could not access them as they are extremely steep and dangerous. It was an extremely cold couple of days in Wales and it would have been useful for some instructions on how to use the white heaters within the home.

Nothing really but floor in living room badly needs replacing and bath was a little blocked but this didn't hamper our stay at all
