"Very pleasant stay with good facilities, communication regarding a leak could have been better"

Good amount of living space, plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Beds were comfy. Beautiful welcome pack with Prosecco, tea, coffee and treats. Overall communication was good with company but see below.

The lack of communication regarding a recent leak in the front bedroom - which has left the wall with significant cosmetic damage. On arrival we were not sure if it was mould. Confirmed that it wasn’t but for the price we paid for the property stay we would have expected this to be fixed. A pre warning about this or a note at the property explaining would have saved a lot of stress when staying here with a small baby. Information regarding parking is also no longer relevant, the suggested car park you are unable to park at for 24hrs

So spacious! It was nice to spread out and have some privacy.

The bathroom is small, poor ventilation. Opened window to let the steam escape. Needs a shower door because the floor gets soaked.

We rented a house so breakfast question n/a. The location of the property was excellent.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. May have been OK for a child but not very comfortable for an adult.

"Great holiday in York lovely house"

Lovely and cosy TVs in every room . Nice enclosed terrace for dog . We really enjoyed our stay and very close to the centre .

A dvd player would be nice for children and couldn’t get normal tv channels on tv . No parking but we still had an amazing time would stay again

Comfortable beds, great having two seating areas, open plan kitchen diner. Walking distance to the main attractions.

Would have been better with another toilet. Property was not ready for 4pm..actually 6pm and had to go away and come back later!
