Maggie's Place

It was warm, welcoming, and everything was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed and more in the living spaces. It was not only comfortable, but very practical.

The only negative point was that there was a lack of storage for clothes in the bedroom. While I appreciate it's a limited space, for the longer stay that we had booked, it proved a bit of an inconvenience.

Great location, dog friendly and a comfortable sofa bed that we ended up using for our elderly relative as the stairs were too steep for her. The hamper was so generous and plenty of comfort for our short stay.

Our own fault but the bathroom shower was a bit too slippy for our elderly relative to confidently use. We should have been more thorough when we booked to check for any steps and a handrail.

Perfectly located within walking distance of the town. Loved the house itself, the decor, the courtyard garden, facilities etc Great for a short stay for our family of 5. Even the sofa bed was comfortable!

Everything was perfect

Location perfect, so close to york centre. Very comfy beds, lovely modern house with everything you could need. Even outdoor seating space sun trap.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from most of the main attractions in the city. Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation.

The only (tiny) thing I would suggest is the addition of a bread knife and some silicon cooking utensils

The location was really quiet

Did not like the rules in the information pack that we had to keep it clean and tidy during our stay and that we would get additional cost if we did not empty the bins,dishwasher,fridge freezer and tidy up
