location and space were great

main bed was hard as bricks, sofa bed broken and was like you had your legs in the air, no heating in bathroom working, no instructions on how to turn the heating on,

"Quaint place, great location and ideal for a couple but a bit too small for a family of four."

Location, convenience, parking available.

Very small, no washing machine and a lack of refuse bags for rubbish. Check-in details not supplied and had to wait for 45 mins before I could enter the property after a 300 mile/5 hour drive. Sofa bed not the best and had to re-arrange the furniture to enable me to get it out.
