Jane's Cottage Free Parking

The location was good.

The sofa bed is old, very noisy, and underneath the mattress topper is black mould. I had to message the host twice and then call as check in details for the property never arrived.

Clean and warm

Nothing

Towels are for a size 6 I a 12 and could not cover myself. Hairs in bath room sink floors not 100percent clean freezing when we got there not heating on. Cot not up half up half down in wardrobe no covers for it.

Nice location and garden. Free parking was a big advantage in that area. Photos are a fair reflection of the property

The sofa bed had quite alot of black fungus on the mattress and on other surfaces

Good location and the free parking claim was genuine. The location was quiet.

As there was 3 adults, the settee in the family room had to be used, which posed a bit of a challenge getting around the deployed settee and its sleeping occupant to visit the toilet from the main bedroom during the night.

Very well maintained, very close to city center, homely feels and wonderful host .

Garden

The property is old and in need of complete refurbishment. It was NOT clean, there are lots of areas where dirt and grime has built up, totally disgusting. The toilet is basically a cupboard off the kitchen, don’t think that’s allowed. Our 1 year old granddaughter sat on the floor and picked up clumps if hair, we lifted the rug as it was trip hazard to her and was astonished at the grit and dirt we swept up from underneath, it was obvious it hadn’t been done before our arrival. I could go on but I think you have the jist 🙉 a refund would be much appreciated.
