great location, well priced, simply furnished no frills great for family and outdoors trip

simply furnished but a little dated could do with a refurb. Also you do need a walk in shower as although my 85yr old mum was happy to sleep in the downstairs bedroom she was unable to climb into the bath to have a shower. I do think for a lodge that sleeps 6 people you need an upstairs shower too. A dish drainer would be a good idea but apart from that it was a lovely location and very good value for money. Beds very comfy but when we stripped them on our last morning before leaving we noticed that the quilts were falling apart so you do need new ones ones. I guess you were just getting back on track after covid but with a little tlc this place will be perfect!
