Leylands Annexe

The owners were very hospitable, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was super clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. There were even extra goodies provided which was a welcoming touch. It was close to a park and ride into Bath as well as close to Wells and Cheddar. The surrounding countryside and the garden at the accommodation were also stunning. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing

The hosts were friendly. The property was well equipped and comfortable. Good location for walking and visits to Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Several good pubs in the area.

No complaints.

The property was secure with access gained via automated gates using a beeper unit. We were free to come and go from the property and felt quite secure. We were provided with free internet access which was useful when communicating with family members using our mobile phones.

What's not to like? If you'd like a fully self contained place that is quiet, cosy, great value and immaculately clean then this is the place for you. We will definitely stay again!

This is an incredibly hard question. The 'only' thing we could think of was the matteress on the bed needs renewing.

leylands annexe was perfect, a cosy little home away from home. great location with easy directions sent from the lovely hosts — and perfect for trips to bath, cheddar gorge, wells. lovely soft comfortable bed and plenty of good cooking facilities.
