The house is beautifully finished and has great views over the Tweed. The kitchen was well equipped for our family of 4. The house was very clean.

The pillows in the main double bedroom were lumpy and the duvet was quite thin. The windows are not air tight, which is not surprising for the age of the property but it did mean it was chilly when the air blew through on windy nights.

Stunning property - the decor is incredible!! Everything in great condition, beds comfortable, loads of space but still feels cosy, loved cooking Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Perfect location, lovely views and just a few minutes walk into the town. Didn't have any need to get in touch with hosts, but they provided us with contact details and loads of useful info about the property and the area.
