The location for us was great. Very spacious and perfect amenities.

The house all in all is in need of a good deep clean. The carpet is filthy and desperately needs replacing. The bathroom needs a serious update with condensation marks on the wall. The outside area was a mess and still had a beer can on the floor.

Inside the house was far better. First impressions were good.The decor had a modern touch and furnished ok. The bedrooms were comfortable and had nice decor. The kitchen has a good supply of kitchen utensils and accessories.The freezer was not listed, but was useful for making ice cubes and storing frozen veg.Coffee maker was useful. Nice dining table and chairs.Two additional chairs at the table would be useful.Having Tesco, Dominoes, Fish & Chippy 3 minutes away was fab.great location for us visiting family, 5 mins walk away.

The front entrance gave a poor first impression.Drive way requires repair.Could just squeeze two cars side by side. The hot water tap in the upstairs bathroom tap trickled out.The ensuite ground floor shower system is woefully inadequate, and water came out in intermittent bursts.Showering was not comfortable therefore, and very disappointing.The towel radiator in that bathroom did not work at all. Aesthetically pleasing but not functional. It is clear that the current heating system does not have the necessary pressure.Informed the manager, who was unable to rectify the situation, at the time.

Had a driveway, location was excellent, house big and spacious.

Beds were uncomfortable, sofa was uncomfortable. They all felt like they have been overused. But we were only there for 2 nights so we weren't too bothered.
