Fantastic location, can easily walk to Stratford upon avon. Character property, with good amenities. Very peaceful with lots of space and parking outside. Friendly owners.

The arrival arrangements weren't very clear, we knew we couldn't arrive early ( prior to 4pm) but was told it was OK to park there if we did. We sat outside for 20 minutes in car, not knowing the door was open and that we should have just gone in ! Silly us! Also there is a very low beam in the lounge area, hard to avoid hitting your head.

The sofa was very dirty and the shower overflows and becomes slippery.

Comfy bed, cozy, close to amenities and local pub 5 min walk. Lovely property would definitely recommend

Could probably do with a bigger frying pan but that’s just my personal opinion as there is a small one provided

Very clean, beautiful

Only 1 knife in the cupboard(bread knife). Could have done with a cutting board and more bit and bobs for those who wish to cook for themselves.

The lady was lovely and area was a lovely spot

Was unable to sleep in bed due to cobwebs Had to make a bed out off 2 seater sofa kitchen chair and puff They was under bed and behind and fill off dust under bed Also cobwebs around apartment and wardrobe etc Also no warning about the low beam going in to kitchen off which banged my head

The location was good, near to bus stop and walk to town possible. Hosts were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Towels provided, plenty of space and thoughtful tea and coffee

Fridge was in highest setting so everything froze, would suggest checking before arrival of guests. Not enough plates and no baking tray for cooking
