Quite a few cobwebs around and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Lovely area to start your exploring from, the Barn is a charming place to stay bedroom and bathroom downstairs living area and kitchen upstairs very quirky loved the fact i could see rabbit's and squirrels outside on the grass. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cups and crockery. The building was nice and warm thanks to central heating, which we turned on and off as needed apart from the bathroom, which we left on as felt a bit cooler in there. The owners had left dome butter muffins, marmalade and milk, which was a lovely touch also some sweets in a little bowl. Although I can see some complaints about the bed and yes it was very creaky I slept like a baby much better than at home my husband wasn't a fan but he like a certain type of mattress.

The sofa was quite stained, which spoilt the living area nothing a bucket of warm soapy water and a sponge wouldn't put right. The bathroom was lovely the owners had left shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus plenty of tiolet roll but the tiolet seat let that down it didn't fit tiny compered to the toilet also the shower floor was very slippy made stepping out an adventure and it did leak quite badly on to the bathroom floor.

Most stunning place we have stayed at Romantic, fabulous location, so warm and comfortable Loved the bedroom, the open plan lichen and lounge, the waterfall huge shower was superb Peace of pure heaven

There was absolutely nothing that we did not love about this place.

Very peaceful and privacy great village handy for food.

Porch light above entrance needs a new bulb. Maybe a microwave .

Sockets tripped out when using toaster phoned owner no reply but found in garage Need to sign post barn from main road

Communication prior to arrival was excellent Beautiful self contained property but with everything you needed including morning breakfast muffins , coffee and milk Brilliant location for strolling the mile into Stratford Very good places to eat of an evening in the village

The location, and it was lovely and quiet.

Because of its location there were a lot of spiders, this didn't bother me but my partner gets very jumpy around them, especially when they share a shower with her lol
