very pleasant stay at leila, lovely converted barn with all original features. well situated for walking into stratford and close to some lovely Cotswold villages. Jane is an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. Cocoa, her dog is also a pleasure to meet, lively would be an understatement. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights there and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. We hope to return sometime soon.

Nothing to not like.

Great location, a 20minutes walk into Stratford along a wide pavement. Close to a nice pub, village shop and an outstanding Indian restaurant. Bus stop located close to property to take you into Stratford or Warwick if you don’t want to drive

Location good

Very uncomfortable bed old and creaky every time you moved. Not clean cobwebs everywhere thick not clean. Towel had stain on used on floor in bathroom as shower leaked all over the floor making it slippery. Window in lounge didn’t close properly , one blind broken in lounge. Very dark in kitchen area. Smell of drainage in toilet area Messaged host who said no other guests had complained about the bed but if you look at all the reviews you will find similar comments. I wish I would have checked this out before booking. No apologies or refund for the second night doesn’t seem to care about the fact that our weekend was ruined.

The location was brilliant for us, it was really near Stratford and also Leamington Spa, which was lovely. We were going to Charlecote in the evening and such an easy drive. The barn is great for two people and Jane, the host, kindly left milk, muffins, fruit, tea and coffee. It was perfect for our weekend.

There was nothing to dislike

Property was beautiful and quiet. Really easy to find and great info form property owner
