St Giles, Thetford, 2BR House

Cosy, clean and comfortable house in a superb location for Thetford. It is very well equipped. It's on a quiet street yet just a couple of minutes walk to the centre. There are a couple of free car parks also just two minutes walk away.

If you have mobility issues you may have difficulty with the steep stairs. (We four pensioners managed!)

Location to town. Washing machine. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.

Stairs were too steep and narrow to get our ( international ) luggage upstairs do had to use the front room.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious accommodation at the centre of Thetford. Communication with the host was very good and the guest house had all the facilities that we needed. Definitely worth a stay.

They only negative point was the steep and narrow staircase which led down from the bedrooms to the ground level. This is generally not a problem but elderly people should be aware of it.

Very functional facility. This is a two bedroom home with backyard and picnic table, kitchen, washing machine and living room. Tea and sugar were provided for guests. Free WiFi was very good.

There is only one toilet, and it's on the ground level. The bedrooms are up a very steep staircase and this can be inconvenient in the middle of the night. There was no soap or shampoo provided. The shower is just barely large enough for an adult to use. No milk for tea. The house is near the city center, so large delivery trucks drive right next to it at all hours of day and night.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and couldn't fault it. Only a few minutes walk in to town. Parking available which is a big bonus. Would highly recommend for a short stay over or getaway.
