This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

"A good choice for families and groups."

The property was lovely and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet.

The on-street parking was for the most part unavailable. Unfortunately, no restaurants or shopping close by.

"Lovely home from home for a weekend away."

Lovely cosy pad for the weekend! A work conference took us to Coventry and it was a great place to base ourselves within 10 mins of the venue, yet felt nice and relaxing and quiet after a long day. Great facilities, comfy beds and a nice sociable lounge area for relaxing and chatting. Thanks for making our stay a lovely one 🙂

Was close to amenities and to our relatives Was equipped with everything we needed eg iron washing machine dishwasher, fans Double rooms equipped with cupboards hangers etc very large rooms

"Lovely little house in nice location ideal for a family stay."

Lovely little house in a great location for local amenities, stayed for 2 nights with my Daughter and Son when we were attending Silverstone for the Grand Prix. House has everything you need for a family stay, and was very comfortable. On-Street parking available right outside the door which is always a bonus, and shops available within short walking distance for supplies.

Everything was fine, nothing we did not like.

Very spacious, the rooms were very nice and neat. Felt like a proper house with a lot of space and nice design

The parking was and the route to get to the house was a bit tedious as it is quite deep in a residential area

Spacious, clean, staff helpful and professional, quick to respond

Instructions for heating were confusing. We couldn't turn it on. So we were freezing the first night. But it was resolved promptly the next day
