It DOES have a little enclosed front garden which makes it better than I was expecting this image is out of date, it’s better than this. It’s peaceful and very light inside. I came to paint and I could until quite late in the day. I was delighted with that. A friend visited me via very nearby Gunton station which was just lovely and convenient

The sofas are very low and a bit tired. (They look lovely and I covered them up from my dogs) but they’re not all that comfy. Also the enamel is worn off the bath around the plug hole and is really unsightly. There was a mat to put over it so I didn’t risk cutting the soles of my feet on it - but I expect better than that.

Accessible. Clean. Good location.

Nothing not to like, it was exactly as advertised.

Excellent location and well equipped cottage.

The only thing that was a minor problem was that the sofas were quite low. We're getting on a bit and it wasn't that easy to get out of them. It wouldn't stop us visiting again though!

It was so nice here, very clean, very quiet, spacious but cosy. It had everything we needed for our short getaway. It is close to the seaside and has woods behind so you can have a short walk and the kids can play. The lovely owner popped by to say hello and check all was well. Great place.

I loved it all. My youngest child didn’t want to leave

The cottage was very clean and comfy. The owner friendly and gave us good tips about places to visit. There is plenty to see and do in the area. The sea is close by. We were welcomed with a lovely cake, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge.

Nothing to complain.
