"Exceptional"

The house is lovely, unfortunately the boiler had broke. Jason did everything he could, he contacted us to let us know, but we were already on our way, he provided us with heaters.

"Comfortable and festive house with a spacious kitchen, comfy beds, and a responsive, pleasant host."

The house was very comfortable and we were pleased it had been decorated with xmas decorations. Lovely large kitchen/diner. Comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and very pleasant. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Has everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.

Minor comment - tap in bathroom needs addressing as difficult to turn off and cold tap splutters.

"Excellent home, thoughtful host"

The house is lovely, unusual, quiet and well located. Little touches like Christmas decorations, fresh kitchen sponges and tea towels, showed thoughtfulness .

It's not 5 minutes to the beach, it's 5 minutes drive

Kitchen was lovely upstairs was nice

One of the sofas was in the way from the heat. It was very cold and in tbe kitchen the big radiator wasn't working.

"Nice enough house, rude staff/hostess."

The house was nice. The location was good with plenty of local shops.

The host did not reply to my messages and the cleaning lady/hostess was exceptionally rude. She turned up and tried to enter the property 15 mins before we were even due to check out. She was incredibly rude when I explained that our taxi was on the way and we would be leaving shortly. She tried to ring the host Jason but he again didn't respond. We ended up vacating the property 10 mins early and standing in the rain outside the property while we waited for out taxi to the train station. Such a shame as before this incident, I had only positive things to write in my review. We had planned on coming back in the summer but have since changed our minds.

"Exceptional"

Spacious for 2, everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Was bringing our 2 dogs, but had a sitter for them. This place would have been ideal anyway, with its enclosed garden with astro turf. I would use it again..
