Location very good, easy reach Clacton/Jaywick. Lovely big field behind for dog! House had nearly everything we needed! Neighbours friendly!

The amount of rubbish behind /side of houses along footpath to field from the residents who live there. Also one neighbours front garden was full of it with 3 ft grass.!

I really liked how beautiful the kitchen layout is, I enjoyed cooking breakfast for the kids and having a meal together, it’s in a lovely quiet location and the house itself was kept clean and tidy and the neighbours are friendly.

Only downfall i would say is the extra mattress that was placed in the second bedroom was very worn out the metal spring literally you can feel if you placed your hand on the mattress so, I had to place another blanket on top of the mattress so my 11year old son can sleep without feeling metal spring digging into his body.

It was close to Clacton.

Double bed lumpy. Toilet seat loose. Apart from that we enjoyed it

Lovely enclosed garden, great location for dog walks as it backed onto a huge playing fields

Bed in small room very uncomfortable second room very small bedroom more suitable for two small children or one teenager

Very clean and beautifully decorated Very responsive for help

No lock for bathroom and one of the rooms No bins upstairs
