A Cosy and Peaceful Cottage Getaway I had such a lovely stay at this charming countryside cottage. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The décor is full of character, with sweet vintage touches and thoughtful details throughout ,everything from the gingham curtains to the adorable wall art made the space feel special and full of warmth. The kitchen was well-equipped, the dining area had a wholesome, nostalgic vibe, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedroom was peaceful and comfortable with plenty of natural light, and everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. One of my favourite things was the view outside ,looking out onto green fields with cows grazing just beyond the garden added such a tranquil, rural touch to the experience. It was incredibly peaceful and grounding. This cottage clearly has been looked after with love and care. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to slow down, soak in the calm, and enjoy a true countryside retreat. Helen who is the owners Mother lives next door and showed us around and was available if we ever needed help. Would absolutely recommend!

Nothing I didn’t like just to note the wifi signal didn’t reach the bedroom but worked very well elsewhere in the cottage.

The owner was very attentive and kept in touch to make sure our stay went to plan. The owners mum from next door popped in to check we were settled in and even came with a couple of ice cold beers in the 28 degree heat. Lovely touch. House was ideal location for us heading to the Open golf. I would stay again no problems.

The WiFi didn't reach the bedrooms so maybe a booster would help.

Lovely clean traditional cottage. Well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Great location for heading north to the Giants Causeway and northern coast and also for getting into Belfast. Hosts were lovely and very helpful.
