"Disappointed"

Location was good. The house was tidy.

Mouldy grout in bathroom. Not cleaned under sofas for a long time. Stained sheet on one bed. Bathroom bins were not empty. Cigarette butts on the top terrace. Outside furniture rattan unravelling a lot. Messaged owner this privately but no reply.
