"Superb"

Location was good, property was in neat and tidy and the host was very helpful. Bedroom was perfect and the outside area at the top was very good.

A second bathroom would have been nice, but I cannot fault the property at all.

Spacious and excellent facilities. Fun to have the roof terrace too.

The map (location of house) on booking.com wasn't accurate so we didn't find the house immediately. Postcode input into Google Maps was successful. Toilet was slow to refill between flushes.

"Great location but stay was let down by some basic errors with critical expected items."

Space, Location & cleanliness.

- Only 1 toilet roll. House was not properly stocked. - Only 1 key, a real pain for 3 people with different comings & goings because someone had to lock you out…grrr grrr - WiFi didn’t work first time, the router was not properly connected to the Virgin Media box grrr grrr.

Lovely owner was so accommodating when our trains were cancelled. We could stay in apartment until 1pm. We would stay here again. Lovely clean comfortable and warm. Thank you !!

"Great apartment in a fantastic location"

Lovely apartment, fully equipped. Spacious, comfortable beds. Roof terrace. Close to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. And a stones through from Cheltenham College, where we were working
