welsh country cottage in beautiful village

Great location with all that was required for a very pleasant stay.including some very useful instructions. Loved the wood burner and the wifi was very good too.

Very little to dislike but the water pressure seemed a little low in the shower.

Lovely little house in a pretty village, with easy access to Snowdonia. Very clean and tidy. Thank you!

We loved everything, semi detached in peaceful little village , children riding ponies passed on the quiet road , i stood out the garden at 6am and heard blackbirds singing to each other, a cow mooing and an owl hooting , home from home. lovely smart pub , very thoughtful hosts , they had provided everything we could possibly need and more , secure front garden and fields of sheep behind the cottage. We appreciated the rules of no dogs upstairs or on the furniture as we have the same rules at home , , our dog Be'atrice was quite happy in her bed at the foot of the stairs with a stair gate and the kitchen and lounge doors closed ... we left bedroom doors open so she could hear the snoring so she was quite content. Lovely and warm cottage, modern furniture but still kept the character of the property and the bonus of a lovely log burner ... we all absolutely fell in love with it so would not hesitate to recommend it .

Heating was on throughout the night on 2nd night...but that's just a personal opinion.

Lovely home from home cottage, all the facilities you need, lovely location. The pub is excellent and just a minutes walk from the cottage. I stayed alone with my little dog at Christmas and felt very comfortable and safe. The oven is fantastic, I made the best Christmas Dinner I've ever eaten and there was a Premier shop open just around the corner that came to my gravy emergency rescue on Christmas day!! There is a lovely beach a short drive that my dog loved. 100% would recommend.

Great communication from the owners before my stay giving me the info i needed. The cottage itself is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Easy to follow instructions on how to use appliances etc. The little log burner soon gets the lounge very toasty so keeping warm isnt a problem. The area the cottage in is a quiet little village with some great walks. I was after a couple of days of relaxation and this was the perfect place. Its the perfect place to base yourself for a stay in north wales. I will definitely use it again.
