welsh country cottage in beautiful village

Homely feel. Facilities all at hand. Clean, well presented. Good size bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen. Lovely neighbours, all friendly. All spoke and said hello. A pretty pub a few houses away. So definitely within walking distance. Llandudno about 10 mins or less away if driving. Picturesque scenery, horses passing by, little birds in the garden pleasant to see. An enjoyable weekend stay.

I can't think of anything that was negative. Thanks.

Set in a lovely quiet area with a short drive to Llandudnu and various other places the cottage was cosy and had everything you need would definately stay again

Lovely quiet small village with easy access to Rhos, Colwyn and Llandudno. Spotless and met my every need. Great pub a stroll away!

Nothing to dislike really it would of been perfect if there was a downstairs toilet and back garden but impossible given the nature and location of this quintessential Welsh cottage.

Quiet road in rural village location which was great. Queens Head pub literally a few minutes walk down the road was a bonus! We are there 3 nights out of 4! Good sized cottage; 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge. Bathroom nicely done & loads of towels! Washing machine was a bonus as had a dinner accident!

Oddly uncomfortable sofas, really could not sit in them to watch tv & we had to get cushions from around the house to get comfy. Really not relaxing at all. Bed was uncomfortable for us. Infact we ended up sleeping in separate rooms and as a reviewer mentioned the front room mattress creeks. No mini market nearby: so come prepared, no welcome goodies, not even basics: tea, coffee etc. Was expecting more for what we paid, £150 per night We have stayed in many places in the UK and giving this marking based on what we found in other cottages for less money.

The location is fantastic. All the main attractions were within a 10 minute drive. The house was lovely and cosy, nice and clean, and the driveway was a big plus for us. The bedrooms are a good size and everything is nicely decorated.

The description said it had a garden, which is perfect as we have a 1 year old but it wasn't really a garden, I think the description is a little misleading. It was lots of beautiful roses and a flagged area for a table at the front of the house. Not great for a toddler. The white bed at the front I think needs replacing, it's very hard and makes so much noise when you turn over.

The location was countryside with walks, but just a short distance to the coast the property was spotless clean, very comfortable & homely. There were lots of little extras like towels. washing up items such as liquid, cloths, items to light the wood stove with. Washing machine & Detergent, Dishwasher & Detergent. also a wet room.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
