Dog friendly cottage 2 mins to beach with hot tub and Zappi EV

Instructions to collect keys were simple and lock box was easy to find. Lesley and Stan were great communicators, quick and generous in their responses. The property suited our needs perfectly as I needed a quiet area within easy reach of an equally quiet beach for my autistic daughter. The hot tub was an added bonus and the outside area around the hot tub made it an even more inviting prospect to use. The property was much more spacious then I had imagined. It was well equipped for a variety of different user's needs and aesthetically a joy to reside in.

There was very little to fault. As a note to other travelers I would recommend taking a screen shot/ making a note of the lock box instructions before arrival as the roaming wifi in the area was not good ( although this may depend on your provider!) I would also add, be aware that some of the roads leading to the property are winding and single track with the last couple of roads leading to the property becoming gravel tracks. Not problematic but perhaps helpful to know.

The cottage was as described and very spacious and comfortable. Ample space for parking. Just a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach which was perfect for dogs. The hot tub was a bonus after long walks. A short drive/walk away is Sea Palling beach. Lovely fish and chip shop, pub and beach. Cromer and Wroxham about half an hour drive. Definitely worth hiring a boat for a trip on the Broads. The hosts were amazing in communication due to us having a personal family problem and were very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

The sofa in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable. Not that it bothered us. We just sat on the other one!
