"A lovely, peaceful break 😊"

The cottage is really well planned and thought out, very clean and the facilities are excellent, if you're looking for a quiet break away from the world then this little cottage is a perfect get away, there are also places to visit within 20/30 minutes drive, wroxham and Stalham are good for a wander round with lovely fish and chips and (Wroxham, Oh crumbs sandwhich bar) the best hog roast rolls we've ever had, we had rotten weather but it didn't stop us heading off to Horsey gap to see the pregnant seals on the beach amazing 😀 and even on the day we stayed there were games and plenty to watch on the TV and of course the hot tub

Unfortunately, we found the bed really uncomfortable. It was a super soft memory foam matress and topper, a good quality pocket sprung mattress would have made the stay perfect, the sofas are not too comfy either but we added pillows and it was fine, this is only our opinion if you like a squishy bed don't hesitate to book this lovely cottage.

It was lovely and clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, dogs are well catered for and the hot tub is amazing.

Well located close to fabulous beach and the coastal path. Well equipped, hot tub was a bonus and interior living space clean and comfortable. Perfect for dogs with a secure garden and outside hose was a must after a day on the beach! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Only being picky but could do with replacing bath towels - too small and a tad threadbare. Kitchen needs a couple of Pyrex type serving bowls with lids and a set of pint glasses.

The scenery is epic and we really enjoyed exploring the area. Our dog had the best time on the beaches and everywhere we went was dog friendly. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable.

Can't think of anything to put here!
