Die Betten könnten ein wenig weicher sein. Wenn man härtere Matratzen mag, ist aber auch das überhaupt kein Thema.

It was so relaxing, all the rooms were so lovely and clean, and had everything and more you would expect. The best was definitely the hot tub oh and having a coffee machine, as I do love my coffee

The beds ruined the whole weekend for us and wished we had read the reviews of many others on Booking.com and Tripadvisor. I have slept on firm mattresses before but these matresses are the equivelant of sleeping on a carpeted floor. I got absolutley no sleep the first night, kids were up and down all night, kids ended up sleeping on a pull out bed that was in the cupboard with popped springs. Even though there was a wrecked/broken pull out sofa in the living room but it just collapsed in the middle when the bed was out. No management on site to deal with thr issue at all over the weekend. No mattress toppers on site. Ended up with 4x single duvets to try and sleep on yhe second night. Staff said its a constant complaint and that most of them stayed in the main hotel and they had the same mattresses which they hated but had bought themselves proper thick mattress toppers. Was told a manager would call to discuss/apologise for my experience and that of my wife and kids, but never heard a thing. The accomodation is very dated and untidy looking in the bathrooms and bedrooms but that could be overlooked. For the price we paid, almost £800 for 2 nights, these are 100% not worth the money. Please please please read all of the other reviews about the beds.... if you are going here for a chill relaxing weekend and enjoy a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed .... this is NOT the place!!!!

We are very happy with our stay in this apartment! Everything was great! The apartment was very cozy and fully equipped. Morning coffee with that view was the perfect start to the day. The jacuzzi was amazing! We highly recommend this place!!!
