The location was beautiful and in close proximity to the York park and ride which was very convenient. The house itself was comfortable, clean and cosy. There was lots of nice things we didn't expect like a welcome package, tea and coffee, a log burner, set table and more. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the staff were friendly. It's great for a family with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all of which are very spacious. Absolutely wonderful time, loved every minute and I would definitely recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The heated pool was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good barbecue in the garden. Plenty of bathrooms. House had lots of character. Owners were very pleasant and available if needed.
