very clean and lovely decorated throughout 👌

just needs a lock on bathroom door but only minor 😊

location was super close to town and to the Barbican. really thoughtful in having tea, coffee etc available.

parking isn’t ideal because the road is narrow but it’s clearly advised that it’s on street and first come first served basis so it’s as advertised

Good on street parking . Lovely and clean . Good facilities. Modern . Near road to get a bus into town

Stairs were a little steep for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis but my niece wasn’t bothered by them

There was everything you needed,nice kitchen, bath was really big, bed was comfortable, my fiancee was really pleased sofas very comfortable, our friend found she could stretch out watching TV, close to the shops, nice quiet area.

Not enough toilet paper for 3 people, other then that really good.

Lovely property close to York would stay here again

Nothing really maybe couple of chopping knives needed
