I recently stayed at The Oak House and had such a relaxing experience. The location was peaceful and serene, tucked away enough to feel completely private and away from the stress of everyday life. It honestly felt like the perfect place to detox and properly unwind. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, always happy to assist with anything I needed. The property itself was immaculate everything was spotless and very well looked after, which made the stay even more comfortable. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, private, and genuinely calming, I would highly recommend The Oak House.

It was bigger than I expected from the outside it looked smaller. But once in the property it had everything you needed and more. The attention to detail like dishwasher tablets, washer tablets, cleaning cloths & products. They also had salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee etc I mean everything! We stayed one night and well didn’t bring much with us but that didn’t matter the owners thought of everything! The sofa and beds are very comfortable, the place was warm and well maintained. Added extra the security gates made us all feel safe.

Not many negatives to be honest. The front door didn’t close very well unless locked. If you aren’t tall it is very hard to open/close the skylights/blinds.
