"Relaxing, comfortable, memorable for all the right reasons."

So close to everything! The river at the back and the wonderful bookshops a short walk away. Very comfortable beds, showers great, kitchen clean and very well equipped. Loved the balcony and outdoor seating area.

The stairs were a bit much but we stayed during a heatwave, nothing you can do about that!!

"Excellent stay in Hay"

Excellent location close to the town and wonderful dog walks. Superb comfortable house with everything you would need.

It needed a good spring clean...cobwebs in the corners and rubbish under the beds...attention to detail was lacking in the cleanliness dept.

"Lovely place in Hay"

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Parking right by door. Lovely view of the river from two balconies. Hay is absolutely lovely, think this would certainly be one of the best places to stay if going.

Pillows were not great, mattress was also uncomfortable. Personal to me, others may like.

The location is fantastic, close to town. The host was lovely and very quick to answer questions. The space was extremely clean. Great for a family!

The parking was a bit awkward due to the parking space size.
