Lovely accommodation and location for walk to Seven Sisters. Enjoyed the view!

Cleaning hadn’t been done by the agreed arrival time. It was done eventually but was a bit dubious about cleaning/ if bed sheets had been changed ??

Everything was superb. We've stayed in a lot of places over the years and this is easily one of our favourites. Plenty of room for the full family and our little dog, contemporary design/layout and very comfortable, high quality furniture. The kitchen was great and easy to use, very useful having 2 bathrooms (the smaller one is just a toilet - but suited us perfectly), the swinging chair was a highlight, as well as the decking out to the garden and the stunning view. It's quiet, well located and relaxing. Brilliant host, too!

Really right on the beach and very spacious house with everything you need. Very comfortable in general and beds were really good.

All general surfaces were clean but the wooden kitchen top around the sink was getting black from mold and things like staircase handles could be cleaned a bit better.

The location of Pebble Beach House is perfect. It backs onto Seaford's promenade and is a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The view from the living room across the neat garden and to the sea was wonderful. It was nice to sit inside (very windy outside) and watch the waves. The property was clean and kitchen was well-stocked with equipment. I also liked the swing in the living room and full Sky TV.

Minor things only like we found the plates were too large to go into the dishwasher so we had to wash them by hand. I also think the property description can be improved to say it has 1.5 bathrooms instead of 2. There is a full family bathroom upstairs with sink, toilet, bath tub and spacious shower. On the main floor there is a toilet.

House was clean, modern, well equipped, lovely view,near the beach.

Good location with beach access.

The property and, in particular, the kitchen, was not very clean. Some items in the kitchen cupboards were visibly dirty. I didn't feel that I wanted to use anything without washing it first. The parking space was very tight (and I have a fairly small car).

Love staying in the area , pebbles beach house is the perfect place right opposite the sea .😀

Few of the sea was incredible. It was a very windy week and yet still got to enjoy the ocean. Had a lovely walk with dogs and came back for a coffee and sit and look at the view.

Location right on the beach having to see in eye view, even in the mornings looking up, out of the large wi did in the bedroom. Also close yo.some cliff walks, lovely
