"The location is great and the sea view is beautiful, but the soft beds mean I won’t book again."

The open-plan living room, wall of window and view.

The beds were too soft. I live in Seaford and two family members stayed at the property. The bed in the back bedroom was so uncomfortable, the family member who slept there only did so for one of the 3 nights.

"Great Stay!!"

Fantastic location, good base to visit different locations along the coast. Very close to the beach and park. Shopping at Morrisons was waking distance too. The accomodation was good and views of the sea were great.

We didn't realise that there were a flight of stairs up to the lounge! Then the expected stairs to the bedroom. Mum found it a struggle but managed. Next time we would book as a couple.

"Really nice as a luxury treat."

Just about everything. It was expensive so we were hoping for a suitable experience and we did get that.

More attention to little details. Eg there were two bedside lamps but only one wall socket. On both rooms. The TV needed a pin number that took a while to get hold of.
