The Old Post Office

Location, beautiful interiors, fireplaces, very cosy and comfortable. Would highly recommend Lizzie's beautiful home, and will definitely be back for another stay.

Beautiful, spacious, homely, ideal location.

Only that the bathroom was downstairs so tricky with stairs in middle of night.

The location

The steep stairs. The rope bannister. Uncomfortable and small beds. Toilet not on same floor as bedrooms. Not the cleanest kitchen cupboards and disorganised. Lots of little mats which were very slippy on the floors. Fans provided but very old, dusty and noisy. Dog kennels immediately behind property with howling barking hounds throughout the night. No BBQ or BBQ equipment provided as detailed. Host was dismissive of complaints and suggested we buy our own disposable BBQ from the local shop!

Excellent location, charming decor, comfortable rooms, easy allocated private parking. All necessary facilities and comforts for a short stay, catered for. Linen, toiletries, etc. Attention to detail, and clear info for guests. Most helpful hostess

Couldn't have been better, however not suitable for someone who may have mobility issues or difficulty with stairs.

Great location in the High Street. The apartment itself was very well presented and came complete with everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
