The Old Post Office

Excellent location, furnished well, and a lovely place to relax.

The host was excellent. She was thoughtful in considering what a guest might need or want to make them feel comfortable as many amenities were provided (ie, fresh milk, olive oil, spices, hair dryer, iron, body wash, carrier bags, board games, netflix). The host welcomed us at the start and showed us around the house, which was beautiful with a log burner and garden outhouse. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent - you are a 2 minute walk from co-op and right in the high street. She provides you with parking which is about a 4 min walk away, but there is on-street (and disabled) parking right outside the house. This is one of the best places I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

If I had to provide a downside, the 24-h parking is a little far away (3/4 min walk). But on-street parking and disabled parking is right outside the house.

I think my responses above sum up our thoughts i.e that we had a glorious stay in a scrumptious property in a fab location…….what’s not to like?! I’d recommend it to anyone!!

First class location, brilliant host, well informed about the local area. A stylish and well decorated apartment that says, my home is your home for the next few days !

Excellent location and beautiful accommodation.

The Old Post Office is like a home from home (we live in The Old Post House in Cumbria) and we were very comfortable there for two nights. Great location right in the centre of Broadway village with a car parking space approx. 100m away - invaluable in Broadway. Great walk-in shower with plenty of hot water on demand, and the cottage was lovely and warm, and the bed very comfortable and it was quiet at night too. Lots of facilities to cook if you so wish and a great cooker/oven, but Lizzie gave us brilliant recommendations for eating in the village. All in all a great property in a great location and Lizzie is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights in Cheltenham Festival week, so therefore we felt it was very expensive. We would definitely stay again at a more reasonably priced time of year..
