Teo's Cottages

The hosts are super welcoming and nice, the location is near the eagle gorge and it's amazing, and the "hut/bungalow" was very nice and cozy. The food was also very nice and with big portions, with the homemade sweet wine and local products like not refined and very very fresh sunflower oil. They make you feel very welcome and my only regret was not staying one more night!

Everything was perfect, great place and wonderful owners. Cottages located in a quiet area, within walking distance is the beautiful Eagle George. We recommend ordering dinner and breakfast, the best food we have eaten in Georgia. Thank you for your hospitality, we will gladly return in the future.

Owners, location, peaceful

We slept a few nights in one of the cute well equipped cottages of Teo and David in a beautiful lovely peaceful garden. Davis is one of the most acknowledged guides and helped us with a lot of tips for the adjacent Vahlovani reserve - pretty tough ride there - and when we got a flat tyre. Teo and her mother prepared us an excellent breakfast and dinner. We loved everything about Teo's cottages.

The garden is a lovely gem and so are its hosts. Teo and Dawit are super friendly, offer help and prepare amazing food. The garden has many places to relax and is close so a small hiking area. We did a tour with Dawit to Vashlovani national Park which was a very special and interesting experience. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend staying at Teo s cottages!

Teo and David really are some of the most hospitable hosts we met. Always ready to help you out or offer you advice with regards to the national park, the offroad trips or how to get permits. And the food is great as well. The atmosphere gets you into holiday mood instantly. Really recommend this place!!!

David has a couple of very nice cottages. There are all a bit different and therefore almost everyone will find a suitable one. We slept in the latest hut (big bed, chillout area and a nice terrace) and it was fantastic.

Theo's Cottages is a hidden gem - quiet, with amazingly hospitable hosts, and located next to the beautiful Eagles' Canyon. The houses are basic but comfortable, and the garden adds that extra summery feel you will not get in a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and they really take care you are comfortable. Home-cooked dinner was very good, and served on good crockery with good cutlery. Also, the hosts helped me when I got into a small car accident in the national park and called them. They made sure I got help. To be recommended!
