Teo's Cottages

Beautiful little cottages on the edge of the town, very close to Eagle Canyon. Teo and David have put a lot of love into this place and are super friendly. Everything feels very welcoming, and the garden is especially nice to hang out in. I would recommend having dinner here,, it was delicious and so much food! David knows a lot about the area and also gave tips on where to visit elsewhere in Georgia, which was very helpful.

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our short one-day stay at this charming cottage. The location was perfect, offering a serene and picturesque setting that instantly made us feel relaxed. The hosts were truly exceptional. Their warmth and hospitality went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, they treated us not as strangers, but as dear friends. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The cottage itself was a cozy haven, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with lovely touches that showed the hosts' attention to detail. One of the highlights of our visit was undoubtedly the food. The meals were simply outstanding - bursting with flavor and prepared with obvious care and skill. We were treated to local specialties that left us wishing we could stay longer just to enjoy more of the delicious cuisine. Although our stay was brief, the warmth of the hosts and the charm of the place left a lasting impression. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family and surrounded by beauty, look no further. We can't wait to return!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Words can not descripe our gratitude. We had some personal problems, but our host helped us and even came with us to the doctor to translate. This is not usual !! We were served food from the local garden and from the area, I have not seen such love for it before. The garden and whole site are equipped with so much care. David and Teo help or organise perfect (day)-tours into the national park. You MUST do this, it will be the superb highlight of your stay in Georgia. I simply love this place and wish we had stayed at least three more days.

A magnificent place that exceeded all our expectations! Very friendly hosts. From the yard you can see a little of the beautiful cliffs of Eagle Canyon. The grounds are well-groomed, there are roses all around, garden swings. The houses are simply fabulous! Ours was two-story, with its own porch, spacious bathroom and small dining area with a kettle and cups on the first floor, an interesting hammock, a swing on the ceiling, beautiful seat cushions, cozy lighting and a soft bed on the second floor. Everything is completely new, very tastefully furnished and decorated - as if from a picture in some fashion magazine about interiors. I liked the attention to detail - on the ground floor there are blankets under the hangers to wrap yourself in in the evenings, each guest is provided with disposable slippers, there are convenient sockets and lamps next to the bed. It’s worth mentioning separately about dinner, because we were invited to a stunning tent in the garden, decorated with garlands, on the table there were candles, a bouquet of fresh roses, glasses of wine and many different dishes of Georgian cuisine - so much that we couldn’t even eat everything! Very close to the house there is the magnificent Eagle Canyon, and if you drive a little, you can get to the beautiful Khornabuji Castle overlooking the Alazani Valley. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend anyone to stay with Teo and David!

We loved the location - little cottages in a beautiful and calming garden. The hosts were very welcoming, gave us some free wine and cookies as well as helpful suggestions about what locations to visit in the surrounding area. Loved David's stories about the history of the area!

Wonderful place to stay. Warm, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The Eagle Canyon is very close by and can be easily reached by foot.

Teo and David were kind, generous hosts to us. The cottages offer modern conveniences in a country setting with stunning views and Georgian hospitality. The meals offered were excellent, and frankly too much food! David is available to do Vashlovani National Park tours.

Teo and David as hosts were just amazing; one could really feel their authentic Georgian hospitality every day. While Teo prepared outstanding food every day for us, David was the best local guide for our jeep tour to Vashlovani National Park, which he organised for us. If I'm ever back in Georgia for holidays, I will return to their cottages.
