Llandudno Boutique style seaside retreat with stunning views

We liked the views, the substantial equipment in the kitchen. The goodies and basics provided for us.

Did not realise when booking that the bathroom was not on same level as bedrooms. Therefore at night if needing the toilet we had to go downstairs. Safety lights were provided but still challenging when half asleep.

Fantastic property, very clean, lovely and helpful hosts, great location, beautiful views. We had a lovely stay and hope to come back. Exceeded our expectations!

The property was beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed.

This was such a clean and well appointed property. The conservatory was great to sit in with a hot drink looking over at the bay. Great parking.

The road to access the property is v tight. If another car is coming in the opposite direction- it’s often a tricky manoeuvre but that’s a minor point.

Fabulous views! Cottage had everything required for a self catering holiday, including little touches such as flowers, Welsh Cakes, milk, water and coffee. Very high standard of accommodation. Great location.

Loved the bathroom but it is downstairs, it had everything you needed and was to a very high standard, including a power shower.

Warm welcoming cosy, home for home cottage with a lovely garden and fantastic views over the town and out to sea. The cottage is light and peaceful. There is a lovely walk up from the cottage to the hill top which affords panoramic views of the area. Also within 5 minutes walk is the Penryn Arms which boasts a great beer garden, food, and live jazz on Mondays.

How clean, modern and comfortable the house was plus the spectacular views.The welcome goodies were a bonus.
