Super Lake District Cottage in Heart of Kendal 3 Double Beds

Central to Kendal

It was quite dusty and some kitchen equipment was missing (soon rectified)

Great location. We always stay in Kendal at this time of year to see family and appreciated the location. No problem with parking. Cosy, warm and well appointed. Good value especially if there was six of you. We were 4 adults.

Quirky close to facilities and cosy place

Nothing really maybe some tea and coffee but that’s splitting hairs

Everything great place great location will be staying again thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home

We loved the character of the house . It’s like going back 300 years.

We found very big spiders and spiderwebs everywhere around the house. There was no shower curtain so every time we had a shower it made a very big mess and there was no mop to help clean it. We were 7 and only found enough beds for 6 so my daughter had to sleep with us. The bathroom upstairs doesn’t perform very well, the water that goes down the sink comes out of the shower drain.

The skylight in upstairs bedroom didn’t have a blind so woken up at sunrise.

The location is fantastic, in very short walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable facilities great especially the huge bath, lovely little outdoor areas... and totally bursting with character. And for a little place deceptively large, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and ample space for 5 of us

Gosh, if splitting hairs, maybe another couple of pillows, and an extra dishcloth... it was very close to perfect
