The space. The balconies and the proximity to town and shops/restaurants.

The air conditioning is useless. 2 out of 3 units do not work. One couple were forced to put mattresses on the floor in the living space to get any relief from the heat. The house is tired and run down, no kettle in the kitchen freezer not working properly and has a broken door. Old and worn kitchenware. The pillows smelt of sweat. Showers are poor and downstairs bathroom had a leaking sink. Upstairs bathroom drains blocked allowing foul smelling water to flood floor. Bathroom door warped from obvious previous flooding. Window shutters in lounge would not lock so had to close windows for safety. Outside area around property scruffy and not maintained. The BBQ outside is unusable as cluttered with old broken stove. Kitchen sink not draining properly. Most of these complaints had been long standing as noted by the later reviews unavailable to read before we booked due to times.

We stayed in this place because it had private parking without realising there's loads of parking spots in Nafplio. Regardless it was great! Very close to city, house is huge and we loved sitting on the terrace in the evening.

I appreciated the large house and food left there

The third floor bedroom had two single beds which were very hard and uncomfortable my mom said. the other beds in the house were good
