Villa with the view of Palamidi and Bourtzi

Everything was excellent. Definitely recommend it.

Place was nice and clean, main floor is one story up with 1 bedroom (no AC in that bedroom, only living room) and a 3rd story with two bedrooms (each with AC unit, though 1 didn't work). Host met us in person and explained things and was pleasant. Two bathrooms which was good with 5 of us. Location was nice near the water with a supermarket around the corner. Place had good decor and bathrooms.

Main serious issue was the air conditioning. The whole place was extremely hot when we arrived (windows had all been open on a hot day). We turned on the 3 AC units right away, closed the windows and left to have dinner since it was too hot to stay in the place. When we came back a couple hours later, the place was still too hot (perhaps we should have left one window upstairs open to vent?). Only 1 AC in one bedroom worked well enough to cool the room. The other bedroom AC ran but did not cool the air at all even with the door closed. The AC in the living room worked but was not up for the task of cooling the large main floor. In the end, we grabbed all the mattresses and the 5 of us slept in the one cool room for the night (luckily big enough for 3 extra mattresses!). We got a good sleep and made things work, but can't recommend staying here during a heat wave. Perhaps replace/fix the AC that isn't working well (needs coolant?) and add an AC to the bedroom on the main floor. If it is not too hot out, the place should be just fine.

Very nice location close to the city center, comfortable large rooms, 2 bathrooms, grocery store next to the accomodation, beautiful view of the fortress Palamidy

Air condition in one room stopped working during our stay, same did the fridge. Closest beach is about 700 m away on foot. But on the whole, very good ratio price and quality.

It was a lovely place. A lot of space, multiple rooms with nice facilities, and some nice terraces with beautiful views of Palamidi Fortress and the sea. The parking facilities was good. The host was very nice and helpful. There was a grocery store very close by which was nice. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Nafplio.

Not a lot. The location was a bit far from the old town and the restaurants but the neighbourhood was nice.

A wonderful, large and comfortable house with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay, The host was very obliging and helpful. It is ideally located with good views over the castle, and a short walking distance to many restaurants. It was spotless clean and very pleasant overall. Nothing negative to mention at all.

Extremely roomy and luxurious home, well equipped, 3 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, private off-street parking, great views from the balcony of Palamidi Fortress and the water, supermarket just steps away.

We showed up 30 minutes early than the time we previously indicated and had to wait for the keys to be dropped off. The house was quite cold and some of the heating units weren't working properly for us. We only stayed one night so it didn't really bother us but if we were staying more than one night we would have promptly told the hosts and I'm sure they would have resolved it for us.
