Ktima Holiday House

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di un funzionale angolo cottura con bollitore elettrico e macchina del caffè Nespresso. Camera da letto grande e molto comoda per 3 persone. Bagno essenziale con doccia walk in Biancheria cambiata ogni 2 giorni L'appartamento si trova in periferia, ma è un punto di appoggio perfetto se si ha la macchina o uno scooter. A 200m dalla bakery Ariston dove tutte le mattine si trovano brioche fresche per la colazione, ma anche panini da asporto per una giornata al mare

Bellissima struttura, ben esposta che rimane sempre fresca. Abbastanza vicino al centro di Skiathos.

Distance to town a good walk, my only real issue was the bed mattress, it was really uncomfortable, let down the whole stay

The house is very comfortable and spotless clean. The kitchen is well equipped so it is possible to cook real meals in this place. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed - the stay is comfortable and convenient. The AC works very good. The bathroom is large so it is a real pleasure to take a shower there :). There is a nice garden and a small farm surrounding the house, so be prepared for some cottage sounds, like sheep or hens :). The area is also inhabited by a band of VERY friendly cats, so be prepared for some interactions with them. The host is very helpful and knows a lot about the island, so do talk with him, as he can give you really expert tips about the things to do and see on Skiathos. George (the host) can also pick you up and give you a lift to/from the airport or ferry port, this is a very nice and really appreciated perk of your stay at Ktima House :). It is a really wonderful place and I strongly recommend booking it for your stay on Skiathos, especially if you do not mind walking to the beach (25 minutes), town (15 minutes) or supermarket (5 minutes).

My only recommendation is to install a washing machine - I think that would help a lot in case of longer (> 5 days) stays. Otherwise this place is a perfect choice in its category :).

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was great, and the lovely cats around the property made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Giorgio was the perfect host — attentive, and always quick to communicate. The Ktima apartment had everything we needed: beautifully clean, comfortable, and set in a wonderfully peaceful spot surrounded by nature. Waking up looking at beautiful olive trees and birdsong made our stay feel truly restorative. A fantastic location all round.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the kitchen didn’t really have much and what was there was not really cleaned but if you’re not looking to do any cooking it doesn’t matter

Struttura tenuta benissimo, molto carina Il giardino è una chicca in più L’appartamento è molto moderno ed ha tutti i comfort che servono stando in un posto di mare Il proprietario, George, è veramente gentile ed ospitale; è sempre stato disponibile fin dal primo giorno con consigli su cosa fare, dove mangiare e quali spiagge visitare Bellissimo posto e bellissima persona! Ci rivedremo sicuramente la prossima estate!
