Чистотата в къщата, недостатъчният брой кърпи за къпане, скъсани комарници, миризма от климатиците.

Wunderbare Lage, nur einen "Sprung" zum Strand. Wunderschöner Garten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub und wir sind froh, dass wir in der Villa Casa Lia 10 Tage verbringen konnten :-) gerne wieder!!

Küchenutensilien könnte man etwas auffrischen ;-)

The location is great! Literally opposite the beach, where there is a very nice beach bar with decent prices and good food, suitable for lunch. The garden of the villa is very large and very well maintained and nice. There are parking spaces for 2 cars. There is an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand. The terrace is very large and comfortable for larger families.

Given that this is a large house with a large and beautiful garden and a wonderful location, it is a sin that basic things are missing and have not been upgraded - almost all utensils are missing, there was some kind of leak on the terrace and because of that half of it was absolutely unusable and because of the stagnant water it was full of mosquitoes and wasps almost constantly, there are no clothes pegs (this is not a big problem, of course but when you are for a long time and with kids and you are doing laundry constantly it is not pleasent) , the shower head in the house barely works and there was an unpleasant smell of mold in the bathroom and in general some things are quite neglected.

The villa is perfect for two families with kids! The hosts are very kind and the location is convenient for having some quiet and relaxing days. You can be inside and watch the kids playing on the beach!

The location was very clean and welcoming, and the hosts were exceptional; while we were there one of the kids got sick and they helped us find a good doctor in the area and helped with the reservation for a check-up, so we could begin an adequate treatment right away (as a result, our child felt better in a couple of days and we were able to enjoy our holiday). The location is very near a beach bar (just across the street), which was useful seeing as we had little kids with us, and is near the center (short drive) where we spent most of our evenings, as there were many nice restaurants around.

In almost every room there was an AC. The kitchen was fully equipped, even some spices were available. The garden and the terrace are really nice! The beach is right across the street.

There were ants in the house. The water was running really slowly in both the kitchen and the bathroom, which made it hard to take a shower. There are two bathrooms. However one of them (even though fully functional) was outdoors, located in the corner of the garden. Nearest decent place to eat is 10-ish minutes by car. Also there is no store on a walking distance. 10 minutes drive there is a hypermarket.
