Ideal place to stay for groups being close to Bath city centre. Plenty of character. Great communication from the host.

Very central location. Comfortable, clean and well presented. Our hosts Sandrine and david were easy to contact and very helpful. They allowed us to stay on after the 11am checkout as the weather had been so bad and Bath market had to cancelled on previous day.

Accomodation was on five floors so a little disjointed when staying as a large group. Not suitable for diabled or people with physical disabilities.

We had a wonderful stay at The Paragon Townhouse. It was warm and homely, with comfortable beds. Lovely personal touches everywhere, lots of clean fluffy towels and a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything had been thought of and we received a lovely welcome from Sandrine. The location is excellent, being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend for a party of friends or large family get together.

Nothing to dislike, but definitely ensure all of your party are able to cope with six floors and the stairs that come with it!

Location was superb. Very quirky property, traditionally furnished. Good support via WhatsApp and phone when a query cropped up.

It would not suit anyone with limited mobility, because of the challenging stairs. Accommodation size and facilities are limited by the age and footprint of the property. But the character and location makes up for that in spades, in my view!

The stairs are a little tedious but what do you expect in an old house.

Amazing historical house in the heart of Bath, perfect for big groups, lots of separate beds across 4 bedrooms and a nice dining room and kitchen. Comfy beds, lots of quirky little details, lovely host who gave us lots of info about surrounding area (even where to buy a bday cake!). Really central, could get everywhere in Bath within 20 minutes walking

If you don't do well with stairs this probably isn't the house for you, bedrooms toilets etc are split across 6 floors so lots of going up and down. Not a problem for us but worth knowing!
