"Amazing stay at an authentic Regency townhouse in Bath!!"

This is SUCH a cute and unique place, we absolutely loved the authenticity of it! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so kind!

Maybe an extra chair or two in the living room, as we had a big group!

"A pleasant stay conveniently located for the main sights of Bath"

The location is perfect, within easy walk of most sights and conveniences. The property has charming decoration in keeping with the age of the house and the historic highlights of Bath, which we enjoyed.

The kitchen and basement rooms seemed quite damp, although an air purifier was provided. We happened to visit during a heat wave, and the property was quite hot as not all the windows opened due to the age of the property and secondary glazing in place, which of course was simply bad luck! The host provided plenty of fans and did what they could to ensure our comfort.

"Great location, fab house!"

Fabulous house, love house it was a traditional house. Everything was there that you needed. The house is huge and you definitely get your steps in lol. Great location also. The beds were also super comfy! Best nights sleep away from home ever.

"Perfect hen!"

The Paragon was the perfect accommodation for our hen party in Bath! In comparison to other properties available we really liked that everyone had a proper bed (no sofa beds) and that there was plenty of bathrooms to share. It’s location was ideal and the facilities were excellent. Also communication with the host Sandrine was very good and she generously left us lots of treats in the house. Would definitely recommend to other groups staying in Bath.

Not a dislike but there are plenty of stairs in the property, adds to its charm though!

"Perfect quirkiness for a book group of 10"

A lovely quirky property, which was perfect for our group of 10. The location was perfect, beds comfortable and the house really well equipped for large groups. Everything in the kitchen and shower rooms was well thought through and working

Though advertised for 10, the house would be ideal for 8, given the size of the sitting and dining rooms.
