Great location. Walking distance to the trails, heaven for dogs 🐶 Very spacious lodge and excellent staff ,and customer service.

Houses felt a little musty , needed airing before arrival, trouble with water in taps no hot water available in one of the houses

Needs a bit of an update, smells musky when u open any cupboard, kettle full of limescale, your deposit is €50 when u arrive and whatever esb u use during ur stay is deducted which isn't stated during booking.

The size of the units are very big and spacious and fairly spaced out for your privacy, so was very relaxing. There are many walks and trails nearby which are great and it's not too far from towns with groceries etc... Also great for day trips down to Cork, Kinsale etc... and we even went to Mizen head for a day which was 3hr one way (if you don't mind travelling a bit further) all in all it was a great holiday spent with family.

There was not much but I did have one gripe being the induction stove top to cook on was small (the large ring didn't work) therefore we could only cook in a small pan (provided) and this meant cooking small portions at a time to make up each meal which in turn meant having the stove on way longer than necessary for each meal which sort of dampened the mood as electricity is charged separately (sorry I have not had this before).
