Great view and very close to the beach. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Basics e.g. shower gel/tea bags would have been good to have.

The location is stunning we visited the beautiful beach 1km down the road. The house is very big with lots of space and very cosy.

After a 4 hour drive I couldn't wait to get a cup of coffee, however there was no complimentary tea or coffee on sight. There were lamps everywhere with no bulbs. The house was clean but it had cob webs and spiders everywhere. I put my hand down the side of the couch to turn on a lamp only for my and to be engulfed with webs. I know other places do this but I do think it is very unfair to charge rates for 4:30 check in and 10:00am check out. They did give us a late check out of 11:00 am but you want to spend the day at your BnB and by 4:30 the day is gone. I would suggest 1pm check in and 11:00 pm check out for value for money. There was also a list of cleaning jobs to do also before we left

The location was great for us, and the view is spectacular. The main bedroom upstairs has amazing floor to ceiling windows. It's set back off the road and nice and tranquil. It's a large space with plenty of room for everyone.

As per other reviews, it needs updating. Peeling wall paper and a poor finish. The hob felt precarious at best. The upstairs bedroom with the single beds wasn't a nice space and all of the beds were uncomfortable. The main upstairs bedroom the mattress has springs coming through so badly that we had to fold the duvet up to lie on and borrow another from a different bed. It is as though they started a renovation and ran out of money or thought better of it. I got it at a reduced price so for what I paid and for the benefits of the location, we enjoyed our stay. But at full price I would have been complaining I think. Wouldn't take much to make this a really nice place to stay. New mattresses would be the most important. Hosts did respond to messages but slowly and didn't answer all the questions asked. They also expect you to empty the bins and take glass recycling away, which is very strange as that is part of what you're paying for. If you want cheap and cheerful and don't have too high standards it's grand but don't pay too much for it.

The location was very easy to find with the directions given. The house is absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, warm and cosy. The sitting room is where we spent most of our time.

The outside of the house could really do with a tidying up with weeds and overgrown grass but didn't impede on the actual house itself.
