"Nice house in the center of Rye"

The house was clean and nice. We really appreciated the breakfast and welcome. Very comfortable.

We did not realise that the house backed on to a car park, feels grotty although the house is not and efforts are made with blinds and curtains to obscure the view.

This is a very well presented and comfortable house right in the middle of Rye. The outdoor space is very pretty, and the house is comfortable and homely.

Strong smell of dog in the kitchen which took days to dispel. Channel 4 on tv non existent

"A very good place to stay in Rye"

Location in Rye was excellent and easily accessed by car. Near main bus stop and train station. Very well equipped house overall.

The Nespresso coffee machine was incompatible with ours but otherwise everything in the house was fine

"Gorgeous stay in the centre of Rye"

Lovely house in a perfect central location with own parking. Very clean. Nice secluded pretty courtyard/garden. Communication excellent. Hot water always available for showers etc. Excellent welcome basket with lots of goodies.

"Lovely house. Comfortable and clean."

The welcome pack was excellent. Location was close to town but not so close that you had the noise. To have parking was critical as the parking warden could be seen all over town.
